Design Presentation prepares Home Condition Survey (HCS) for a large number of surveyors. They send us their survey plans, which we convert into HCS floor plans.

A Home Condition Survey (HCS) describes the condition of a domestic property.

The key benefits of our Home Condition Survey plan services are as follows:

• The finished floor plans conform to industry codes
• The gross internal and external area measurements are shown on the floor plans
• We help our clients reduce their HCS production costs by more than 50%.

Send us sketches via e-mail and we will convert it into a home condition floor plan as quickly as you require – typically overnight.
